All sessions are priced at £50 per hour, except for Smoking Cessation which is £150 for a 90 minute – 2hour session.
Clients will also receive a free self hypnosis CD to listen to at home.
Payment is either by cash or cheque.

There are two parking spaces available immediately outside Ad Lib Flowers that can be used by Minds Over Matters clients, except during peak periods when alternative parking at the rear of the building is available.

Public Transport:

From Birmingham: The number 6 bus from Corporation Street drops you directly outside Ad Lib Flowers, the journey takes approximately 25 - 30 minutes.

From Solihull:The number 76 bus from Blossomfield Road takes 15-20 minutes; the number 6 takes 25 minutes.

The nearest railway station to Minds Over Matters is Hall Green, which is approximately 30 minutes walk.
